We are sad to hear of the passing of our founding member and leader, Reverend Father Paul Massey. He passed and went to be with our Lord on August 2nd, 2021. Father Paul’s wife passed last year. They both were founding members of Holy Cross. Please be in prayer for his family in this difficult time.
A word from Bishop Epps,
“…Father Paul had been experiencing increasing health issues and was seriously considering a move to Virginia to be near his daughter, Paula, and her family. He had texted me Sunday letting me know that he would likely be moving. His daughter and his son, Jeff, who just called me with the news are understandably shocked as well. May God, in His mercy receive Father Paul into His Presence and by His Spirit comfort those who loved and respected him. Father Paul was 78”
